I've also noticed that every time I download, it goes fairly quickly up to 2GB, then really slows down for the final 0.2 GB (don't know if that's relevant or not). The file appears to be the right size, but one of the errors I get suggests that "the archive file is empty".
I could see maybe one corrupted download file, but I've downloaded several times, all with the same results. This happens both with 7Zip and Winzip and on two Windows 10 computers, but of which meet the minimum requirements.
